To answer you, confirm availability, send quotes and invoices, and — if you asked for them — launch-day texts and occasional letters. We keep records in our customer system (GoHighLevel), our booking tools and our database. We do not sell your information.

Cabins book for a two-night minimum (three nights on holiday weekends and throughout October). A 25% deposit holds your dates and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Holiday dates require a 50% deposit with the balance due 60 days out. Rates cover two guests per bedroom; additional guests are $35 per guest per night up to each cabin's maximum. Children 12 and under stay free. Cleaning fees and Georgia and Stephens County lodging taxes are added at booking.
Cancel 60 or more days before arrival for a refund less 10%. Between 30 and 60 days, 50% is refunded. Inside 30 days, no refund. Holiday dates and whole-campus retreat rentals are non-refundable inside 90 days.
Retreats are a minimum of three nights with 30 guests included; guests beyond 30 are billed per guest per night, committed at signing. Deposits are 25% at signing, 50% at 90 days and the balance at 30 days. Facilitators provide a certificate of insurance naming Trembly Bald as additional insured.
A refundable damage hold ($250 single cabin, $500 group, $1,500 whole campus) is charged seven days before arrival and released seven days after checkout, less any damage.
Check-in 4:00 pm, checkout 11:00 am. Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. No pets, no smoking indoors, no fireworks. Fires only in the fire pits provided. The property is a working mountain: wear sensible shoes, keep children supervised near the lake and trails, and let us know about any accessibility needs before you arrive.
Credits are sold in units of $250 and apply to nightly cabin rates on 2027 stays of one to seven cabins, booked at least 14 days ahead and subject to availability. They do not apply to holiday dates, whole-campus rentals, cleaning fees or taxes, and do not combine with other discounts. The amount paid never expires; bonus value expires December 31, 2027. Amos sits where the morning sun comes through the trees in long rays. Two bedrooms over two floors, a stone fireplace in the living room, a kitchen bar with stools, and a log-railed porch.
Named for the mountain that trained the paratroopers of Camp Toccoa, Curahee is a two-bedroom log cabin with a bright living room, a full kitchen and a tiled bath — a good fit for two couples or a small family.
The small tea house at the crossroads of the two loops. Coffee, tea, water and snacks, a couch, and a window onto the communal fire pit. Open to every guest.
Genesis is a shared space, not a sleeping cabin. It's included when you book a retreat or the whole property, and cabin guests are welcome to use it whenever it isn't reserved.

A two-story log cabin on the creek loop with a king bed in the loft, a living room and kitchen below, and a covered porch wrapped in hand-hewn logs. The first cabin we list for couples.
Named for the spring on the north side of the ridge, this two-story log cabin has a bedroom and kitchen downstairs and an open loft above — room for a couple with kids, or two friends who want their own corner.
The last cabin on the creek loop, and the quietest. A sitting room and kitchen downstairs, the bedroom upstairs under the roof beams, and a small porch that faces the woods.
Red Top sits at the top of the ridge loop, which is how it earned its name — it catches first light before any other cabin. One bedroom, a full kitchen, and a deep covered porch with a view down the valley.
The centerpiece of the property. Built around 1775 near Antreville, South Carolina, the inn was disassembled in the mid-1980s — every log numbered — and raised again here. Its twelve-inch, hand-hewn, dovetailed logs still carry the marks of the axe and adze. Three floors, three bedrooms, three baths, stone fireplaces, and room for eight.
The largest of the ridge cabins: two bedrooms upstairs, two full baths, a log-walled kitchen and dining room, and a wraparound deck that steps down to a gravel fire-pit terrace with Adirondack chairs.
A timber chapel at the center of the ridge loop, with a single open hall. Ceremonies, workshops, morning movement, evening sessions — it seats 75 and sets up any way you need.
The Chapel is a shared space, not a sleeping cabin. It's included when you book a retreat or the whole property, and cabin guests are welcome to use it whenever it isn't reserved.
